Information You Provide Directly

• Full name and email address when creating an account
• Payment information, processed securely via our third-party payment provider — we do not store full card numbers
• Your favourite NHL team(s) and preferred city or region
• Any communications you send us such as support requests or feedback

• Device usage data including connection status, light trigger events, and firmware version
• General location data at city or region level, used to surface local team information
• Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps

• To operate and personalise the Victory Light device (e.g., triggering light events when your team scores)

We do not sell your personal information. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Victory Light is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by the National Hockey League (NHL) or any of its member clubs. Any NHL team names or related identifiers referenced in the Services are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
